Great property amazing location

the property owner was very helpful and responsive. The property is a really cool three story condo right in town.

Great location; unit in disrepair

The location was excellent, however, the unit was in poor condition. Definitely, not worth the price we paid. Everything was broken. For example: we had to be careful getting in and out of bed because of nails poking out of the wood bedframe. Nothing was stocked; not even trash bags or coffee. Have been going to Telluride every Christmas for 15 years. This is the worst unit we have stayed in.
