This home and neighborhood is steps to skiing, outdoor space, both at the home as well as the river trail and bike path, grocery store (Clark`s Market) and downtown Telluride.

All towels are 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout the home and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from Front Gate`s Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count cotton.
There is access to the private back yard with has a large grassy area, perfect for lawn games, and outdoor seating to enjoy Telluride`s wonderful summer season.
A more comprehensive rental agreement will be sent to you to sign prior to arrival. By booking this home you agree to comply with the agreement as well as applicable house rules.

Rental Period & Check-In. The property will be ready for Guest’s occupancy beginning at 4pm on the Arrival Date and the Property must be vacated by 11am on the Departure Date, unless otherwise agreed by Vacation Rental Agency.

Keys & Access Codes. Vacation Rental Agency will provide Guest with a unique access code, which will unlock the front door to the home.

Rental Rules & Restrictions.
This home is located in Telluride, among both other residences and businesses. Guests can therefore except some noise close by such as traffic as well as people walking by. As a courtesy to other neighbors, we ask guests to respect quiet hours of 9pm-6am.

Please note that Telluride is in an ever-changing area, and we cannot always control or anticipate nearby construction. Therefore, no refunds or compensation will be offered for any nearby construction or other noise.

Telluride is in a mountain resort town. As such, internet service can sometimes be spotty. Although this home offers free wifi internet, it cannot be guaranteed for your stay. Parking can be hard to find at times, especially during peak times, even with a parking permit. This home has space for 1-2 vehicles in the drive way depending on vehicle size.

There is additional free street parking available nearby, please note any street parking is at first-come-first-serve basis and cannot be guaranteed for your stay. If it is the responsibility of the Rental Party to read and follow any posted parking rules and the Vacation Rental Agency will not be held responsible for any parking tickets, towing or fines. No refunds or compensation will be offered for lack or loss of parking or internet service.

Cancellation. Vacation Rental Agency enforces the following cancellation policy of the home;

Payment policy;
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.


Cancellation policy;
100% of prepayments made are non-refundable.

No refunds will be made for shortened stays, no matter the reason.

We strongly encourage all Guests to acquire travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Cleaning. A cleaning fee of ___$400_______ has been included in the total charges to the Guest. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate. Throughout the rental period, Guest will be responsible for keeping the home clean and in good condition.

This home has a max occupancy of 8 guests, including children.
The minimum age for check in is 25 years old.
This home is non-smoking in all areas and no pets are allowed.
