Enjoy one of the best locations in Telluride—directly across from Lift 7 for easy ski access, as well as hiking/biking trails, while still being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything downtown has to offer.
Inside, the bright open-concept living space is designed for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or step out onto the private balcony to take in partial views of Ballard Peak and the ski area.
The fully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with cookware, making it easy to enjoy meals in.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6–8):
Primary bedroom: Queen bed + en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Loft: Two twin beds + additional lounge space

Awesome condo!
This is a really nice unit with a great location! Easy walk across the street to the lift and ski out trail. The entire town is walkable from this location as well.
I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great week!! Accommodations was wonderful for our family of 5. Plenty of space.
Great experience. Summer stay. No issues. Had a few questions during the week and received quick responses. Unit was a little stuffy when we arrived but once the windows were opened it aired out quickly. No air conditioning but worked out OK. Love the location. Easy Walk to town, gondola. Look forward to returning.

Easy and comfortable
This condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The decor is tasteful and not overdone. The living room a natural easy place to hang out in. The upstairs beds were quite firm, but there was plenty of space for all in our party. The kitchen is slim on supplies, so if you want to do any real cooking bring all your own ingredients (and specialty pans). The real perk for us was how easy it was to find and how great the company was to work with. We loved our stay and would definitely return to this unit.
