This newly remodeled, cozy, 2nd story condominium is conveniently located on the Telluride River Trail and overlooks the San Miguel River. The sleek, modern interior is illuminated with natural light and gives way to breathtaking views of the river trail, gondola, and ski runs. You'll enjoy your own private deck, step outside to the river trail and fall asleep to the sound of the San Miguel river rushing by.

The property was really lovely, great location and comfortable and clean. We were a little disappointed to find the pool out of service with the building work but in the end didn’t really need it so wasn’t a big issue. Jens communication was excellent and helped us out with parking really quickly. Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful town!

The place was clean and was extraordinary about utilizing the space that it had. Kids fit perfectly in the bunks. Communication was a breeze and the property manager did a great job with it. The pool/hot tub area was being renovated, so don’t plan on using that for a while.

Nice little studio apartment conveniently located in downtown Telluride within walking distance to anything you would want to do. Very clean and well appointed, and it was very nice being right by the creek side!

Beautiful location right on the river walk

Perfect location - right on the river walk and on the edge of town. Close enough to walk everywhere! Parking lot was small and we had a difficult time finding parking, but that was likely due to the influx of visitors for the festival. Unit was exactly as discribed, only questionable thing is when the shower was last cleaned as there was someone's used nose strip in the bottom of the shower. Everything else was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer! We had to contact the owner once regarding the code to get in and parking, but she promptly responded with all the info we needed.

This was the perfect place for my family of 3 even though you could easily sleep more. The condo had everything you needed and then some. The space was so well laid out that I even took notes for one of my Airbnb remodels I am currently in the middle of. Jen was very quick at answering any questions I had. The place was great! It's always amazing how much can be fit into the tiny place soft Telluride. This place was nice for the 2 of us and probably would have been a tad tight with 4 grownups but we would have made it work. The only thing this place is missing is a place for your skis (unless I missed it) and a place to hang your jackets, otherwise it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely Airbnb in downtown Telluride! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just steps away from all the charm of downtown and within easy walking distance to the gondola that takes you straight to the mountain. The space was cozy, clean, and well-appointed, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient getaway in Telluride!

Sweet little condo

The condo was great and clean. Location was perfect. It is pretty small so I think for a couple looking for a get away it works any more than that is too many. I came with a friend and we felt like we were on top of each other the whole time. It is very cute and clean.

The owner was very helpful with the initial glitches of the entry code and getting the TV to work - however the quality of the furnishings was sub-par… the bunk beds would probably be okay for children but not adults…. The mattress on the day bed and Murphy bed very uncomfortable and the no comfortable chairs to sit on… we brought a patio chair in from the balcony because it was better than anything inside

A place I will return to over and over again

This is our second time staying at this place. It was just as spectacular as the first time. The location is perfect, close to town/shops, grocery, and the lifts and gondola. The place might appear small at first glance but it is designed in such a way that makes such good use of space. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with, great communication and so knowledgeable. She wants to ensure you and your guests are well taken care of. I would definitely come back!
