The residence allows you to enjoy being in downtown Telluride while feeling the seclusion of the wilderness that surrounds you.

This spectacular vacation residence features a well-equipped kitchen, combined dining and living areas with vaulted ceilings, and a deck overlooking historic downtown Telluride. There is an electric piano in the living room that likes to be played. The bedding is a queen bed plus a twin bed with trundle in the private downstairs bedroom, and a king in the master bedroom on the main level. The common area hot tub literally hangs over the San Miguel River. The unit is less than a block from the Gondola Plaza along the river trail. PLEASE NOTE: There are several flights of steps to access the unit once you cross the river. With all the amenities you'd expect and the views to match, Manitou River houses offer up a truly unique Telluride vacation! Responsible dog owners are welcome ($75 nonrefundable pet fee).

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
