    Near the base of Telluride Ski Resort, this Mountain Village vacation rental is just a few blocks from lifts 1 and 10! In winter, stroll to the lifts with your skis, and in summer, hop on the shuttle just 500 yards away for horseback riding, biking, and more outdoor adventures. With stunning views all around and a golf course outside the back door, this 2-bed, 1.5-bath townhome is your base for 4-season fun!

    Winter or summer, snow or sun, the mountain views from this property won’t disappoint! Take in your stunning surroundings as you settle into your Mountain Village home-away-from-home.

    Fuel up for a day on the trails with a hearty breakfast. Whip up your own egg scramble in the fully equipped kitchen, finished with stainless steel appliances and an industrial-style island, or take the shuttle into town for a quick bite at Telluride Coffee Company.

    If the afternoon’s adventure didn’t tire the kids out, stroll over to the playground down the hill while the rest of your crew decompresses in front of the flat-screen Smart TV in the living area.

    Top off the day with drinks on the furnished patio. With a lush golf course as your backyard, this private outdoor space is perfect for serene at-home evenings.

    When it’s time to turn in, retire inside through the sliders connected to the second bedroom, featuring 2 twin-sized beds (adjustable to 1 king bed), or head straight for the first bedroom, boasting a plush queen bed and full en-suite bathroom.

If that's not convenient enough for you, there is a FREE on call shuttle service that will come to your front door and operates throughout the Town of Mountain Village.

    If golf is more your sport, your next game awaits right out your back door! Enjoy mountain views while you perfect your swing, or take the kids to run off any untapped energy at the playground right down the hill.

    Give your chef elect the night off and visit Heritage Plaza right up the road. Brimming with cafes, restaurants and taverns, the plaza is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters! For even more dining options, drive 7 miles into the town of Telluride or take the free scenic gondola from Mountain Village.

The place is lovely with the needed amenities, like extra towels and soft sheets and kitchen supplies. It’s also very close to the bus line which takes you to the gondola. I really liked how the owner decorated and put up a few pictures of her family. Would stay here again!!!

Beautiful townhome on golf course

What a delightful experience! The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed for our family of 3. The views were amazing. They nice kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location and had so much fun riding the gondola into Telluride. We felt it was the right price, the right place and the right time. We look forward to staying there again in the future! Highest recommendation!

Great stay in Telluride Mountain Village

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the heat at check-in, but this was promptly resolved by the property manager. The condo is located next to the 4th hole of the resort golf course. The golf course wasn't open for the season yet, so we were able to take nice walks around the course. There is an EV charger (Charge Point) in the Meadows parking lot, a short walk to the condo. The condo is about a 15 min drive to the town of Telluride and a 5 min drive up to the main ski resort shops (with a well-stocked grocery). Overall, we had a great stay.

We love this unit

We love this end unit! We've rented it before and we'll probably rent again next ski season.It is very comfortable with a nice view. A good layout for socializing downstairs and working or sleeping upstairs. Fantastic internet. The owner & property manager are responsive. We love having two parking passes. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and with a little golf course adventure, we ski home! Lots of hot water. Very prompt & professional snow removal for the whole complex, so you never need to shovel and the walks are always safe. The baseboard heating, controlled by a Nest thermostat, works fine (the boiler is being updated to make sure of that). The gas stove is ok (older and the fan doesn't filter well). The racks sometimes are a hassle but the oven and burners work great.Highly recommended!

The location was good for our reason being there. It was nice to come back to a quiet spot after our activities for the day. It was neat seeing a large herd of elk on the golf course behind the condo as well.

Perfect Ski Getaway

The owner was very helpful & responsive. He answered questions in advance and during our stay. The listing is extensive & accurate. Parking requires a pass (provided by the owner) & was easy. The lot & road were regularly plowed. Once in a while the HOA would do an extensive plow, which required us to move our car to the Meadows lot down the street in the morning & move it back in the afternoon -- so easy! Our walkway & steps were shoveled & de-iced at the slightest snow so it was always safe & easy to get in and out. The home was fantastic for skiing & working. It was a short walk to the Chondola & Sunshine lifts. With a little sleuthing, we figured out we had several options to ski most of the way home. There is a convenient bench out front for adjusting ski boots. There is another bench on the porch out back, too. The only thing missing was ski/board storage, though there are sliding trays just inside the door for boots. We saw that many people kept their gear outside. The home is well maintained and cozy. Because it is an end unit, there is extra light, great wildlife watching, and not as much noise from neighbors. The bedrooms are small but cozy. It was great having a toilet/sink downstairs and a large bathroom with a tub/shower upstairs. The water was hot & plentiful. The smart heating was easy to adjust, and the regular "smart" cycle kept it toasty. The washer/dryer were upstairs, large, and worked well. Plenty of quality towels and bedding are provided. The kitchen was easy to use. The fridge was large and worked well. The gas stove was our least favorite appliance. The burners worked well and were easy to clean. Unfortunately, the stove didn't vent outside so even with the very loud fan running, we opened the doors sometimes to clear the air. The racks didn't fit the stove well so they kept crashing down to the lower levels. With extra attention to placing them perfectly, we were able to bake bread, pizza, quiche and more quite successfully. We enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood and on the golf course, too. The HOA regularly grooms the routes, so you don't need snowshoes as long as you stay on the path. There are lots of people out walking their dogs. Kids from the neighborhood play in the area behind the house. If we go back to Telluride, we'd definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommended.

Incredible Value for a FANTASTIC Rental

We really can't think of a thing that could be improved upon. The condo was immaculate, it had everything we needed, it was spacious, conveniently located, had easy parking, and was a delightful place to stay. Six stars on every five point scale.

The condo was fine. Location was nice. Finding the place after dark is extremely difficult. Calls to the property manager about property location went unanswered (granted it was about 9:40pm). Finally received a text the next day. We had questions about the tv (all streaming, which if you’re not familiar with it can be confusing). We never got a response. Manager gets an F for communication and responsivenesses. Overall the experience was ok.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. About a 7 minute walk to ski lift. Can ski almost home (maybe 4 minutes) walk. Aaron was attentive and available for us.

The property was perfect

The unit is in a great location for our summer vacation. I can imagine it only being better during the winter, with the close access to the chondola. We loved our stay in Telluride and this was the most incredible home base for the adventures. Make sure you take the gondola to Telluride and walk throughout the Mountain Village golf course to check out the views. Compare the Coors Light logo with that of Wilson Peak. Can't beat it!

Good place to stay

We stayed at the property with 5 adults and one child. The property was clean, beds were comfy, and it was stocked with needed supplies. It was a bit too far from lifts 1 and 10 to walk in ski boots, so we had to be dropped off each day for skiing. The location is walkable to the lifts in regular shoes though, so we did that when we weren’t skiing. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Cozy Mtn Village Condo

We stayed in this condo for 6 nights over New Years 2019/2020. Location is convenient to Chondola and Sunshine Express lifts (~5 minute walk). We liked that you can ski back directly to the condo by taking the cross-country/walker trail at the bottom of Galloping Goose, just before arriving back to the lift area. So it can be considered ski-in, but not ski-out. We never used Dial-a-Ride but that is complimentary within Mountain Village as a guest. Condo is well stocked (kitchen gear, towels, etc.). One parking pass to park directly outside. We traveled as a family of 4 (boys aged 12 and 14) and found the space comfortable. It is on the cozy side - not a large place but space is thoughtfully laid out with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs, with combined kitchen / common area downstairs with half bath. It is priced fairly for the size, quality and location.

Great Place to Stay Near Telluride!

This really nice townhouse is a great place to stay if you want to visit Telluride. Mountain Village is a wonderful community that is just over the hill from Telluride and is connected by a free gondola from Mountain Village Center. The townhouse is fully equipped and maintained in excellent condition. Having a washer and dryer is a real plus. The instructions provided by the owners make checking in and out a breeze. They also furnished much very helpful information about things to do in Mountain Village and Telluride. We highly recommend this townhouse and would not hesitate to stay there in the future.
