Welcome to Owl Meadows 24, an AvantStay home!
This upgraded three-bedroom Owl Meadows condo has a prime location near the ski slopes and the town of Telluride. With great attention to detail and warm, inviting living spaces, this home is a great place to call home while visiting Telluride.
Guests enter this home on the ground level of the Owl Meadows complex, which is located on Telluride's west end. The first floor of the home has a small 8'x7' one-car private covered garage with interior access. The bunk room with a captain's bunk, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination and vanity. The open stairway leads to the upper floors where you will find the primary guest bedrooms,, and common areas.
The second floor has two bedrooms; the master suite and a second master. The second master has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, flatscreen TV, small ensuite balcony and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in steam shower with a glass enclosure.
The third floor is a beautiful open space. Upon walking up the stairs, guests are greeted by a dining space, which has seating for six with additional seating for two guests at the breakfast bar. Adjacent is large newly-remodeled kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas-burning range and all of the appliances needed to cook any meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining space, which has seating for six with additional seating for two guests at the breakfast bar.
The living room is the heart of this home! Guests are invited to relax in the comfortable plush sofa while enjoying the views of the San Sophia range from the northerly-facing windows. A gas-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV and balcony make this space even more inviting. There is also a powder room on this level for convenience.
The Owl Meadows complex is located on Telluride's west end and is within walking distance of Lift #7, the grocery store and everything else that the town of Telluride offers. Free wifi, Roku and one covered parking spot is included with this home.

- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Heads up: Roof work is happening at the complex. We don’t have an exact end date yet, so you may notice some construction during your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
