The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown Telluride, this luxury condo offers walkable access to ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and trailheads. In winter, hit the slopes or soak in après-ski vibes at nearby venues. Summer brings endless hiking, festivals, and family fun in the vibrant Town Park. Enjoy a perfect mix of mountain charm and modern convenience.

Getting Around:
Most attractions are walkable from the condo. The free Telluride Galloping Goose shuttle stops nearby. The gondola provides scenic transport to Mountain Village. One covered garage space is included.

Other Things to Note:
— There is no A/C; mountain air keeps the unit cool
— Shared hot tub may be slippery in winter; use caution
— 4WD vehicle recommended in snowy months
— Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Perfect location in Telluride for families

We had a great 10 day stay here. Right next to the park which we visited multiple times per day with young kids and dogs. We will definitely return here in the future
