Slopeside: Steps to skiing w/ hot tub & fireplace!

Enjoy an elevated experience in this quiet corner unit steps from the slopes! This 3 bed/2 bath condo boasts an abundance of natural light with fantastic mountain & ski area views! There is a stone fireplace to anchor an open floor plan that includes a living area, dining spaces and a chef's kitchen. The bedrooms are spaced above & below allowing for larger groups to find space & solitude when needed. Everyone will enjoy the shared hot tubs & easy access to the river trail and all of Telluride!



THE SPACE:
The Slopeside condo is located in the perfectly placed Telluride Lodge complex. Situated between Colorado Ave and the San Miguel River, this iconic location is steps to the market, skiing and the wild and wonderful valley floor trail!

The condo itself shines with lots of south and west facing windows and is a top level unit. The main event is the large great room that allows for the entire clan to kick-back and enjoy great views and great company (hopefully). Connected to the great room is an open kitchen, with a center island that has bar-stool seating for three. Additional top-notch appliances include a spacious refrigerator, a wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a double-walled oven.

The bedrooms include a private and peaceful primary suite, with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bathroom. Two more guest bedrooms include a queen and full sized bed with one additional full bathroom.



WHAT WE LOVE:
*High end finishes and elevated top floor unit.
*Quiet corner of the west side.
*Easy breezy ski access.
*Large green spaces and two shared hot tubs.



Managed by WILD OAK TELLURIDE, a local boutique vacation rental company that also offers fantastic local guidebooks, recommendations as well as a private airport shuttle service and bike rentals!

Wonderful Hospitality Close to Everything

We loved it! This sparkling clean home is close to everything, across the street from Lift 7 and within a beautiful walk to town. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make happy family meals, and thoughtful touches were abundant to welcome us. Communication with the host was excellent and the guide sent in advance very helpful.
