I had a big problem with my reservation thru hotels.com somehow it was overbooked although i had reservations a month prior to arrival. they only allowed us to stay one night when after taking a red eye and traveling was highly disappointed. so if you truly want to book a vacation. for directly with hotel or you are taking a chance of having your reservation cancelled. this has haoppened to me twice thru hotels.com so not sure if its the resort or hotel.com not communicating rooms available but either way last time i use hotels.com unless its day of"
