“First would like to say I'd definitely come back to this hotel on my next holiday to Crete. The hotel is quite massive and lovely to walk around on a warm night. The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. Some of the hotel staff are polite and helpful especially the bartenders on the 17.00 shift on blue bar and the bar by the Olympic size pool, it was easy to have a conversation with them and they gave good……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice and central and very nice inside/outside. The HB vouchers gave us flexibility to choose how we wanted to use them, be it an afternoon or evening.”

“Helt ok sted. Litt slitent til tross for at det er nylig renovert. Bra frokost på nabohotellet som ligger på stranden. Tilgang til solstoler og basseng. Anbefales.”

“On arrival the told us that they just painted the shower floor and not to use it for an hour. Well 6 hours later still wet.y foot went right through the painted floor. They said they were full and they could not move us. That night I got food poisoning. So our stay here was not so great. We were so disappointed. The food was really good too. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful surroundings. The place definitely needs updates though.”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing! Pool areas great and Stone Restaurant lovely. Had a couple of issues but fixed promptly. Room a bit old and tired. Overall good stsy”

“Clean room, no parking but we were aware of that as free parking is offered at the mall next door. Clean room and a few restaurants near by, nice but small roof top pool and lounge. Good for shorter stays and close to the port.”
