"I had to give this place one star just to leave a review—but it deserves less. The area felt unsafe from the moment we arrived, with suspicious activity going on around the property. It was alarming that no one appeared to be staying on the first floor, and the people coming and going made it seem like rooms were being rented by the hour. The room itself was beyond unacceptable—dirty, stained bedding with what looked like blood, feces or worse, and visible bed bugs crawling on the mattress. We didn’t even unpack. We immediately went back to the front desk, who seemed completely unfazed, and demanded a cancellation and refund. Do not stay here. Do not even step inside unless you’re looking to leave with trauma and a rash. This place is a full-blown health hazard. "

"My stay was wonderful unfortunately I over slept a little bit and was not able to enjoy the breakfast but I'm sure it would have been the cherry on top no complaints staff was amazing 10/10 would highly recommend and will be a returning guest thank you so much"

"The front desk staff was wonderful. There was an issue with facility service trying to work on our room’s lock system at night without telling us. After the situation was addressed, the managerial staff communicated what changes they would make moving forward. I felt listened to and I do believe they aim to satisfy their patrons. "
