Not much to see in Perrysburg but a cute and surprisingly busy downtown community. The property is on a main highway so it was a bit noisy. “We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! “We came in from Chicago to attend a baptism. The location could not have been better. It was a three minute drive to my family and 5 minutes to the church. The house was wonderful and perfect for our group. It was my husband and I and two of our children. Everyone got their own room and a tv with streaming in each room. The house was clean and the yard was a good size we could even play catch! My daughter loved the house so much she wanted to move to Toledo and buy the house! Everything we……

“The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.”

“The rooms are small but quiet. It is a few blocks further from the ball park, arena, & fun places. A small shuttle would be nice. Not even a van. Maybe just a nice sedan that runs on a loop. ”

There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”
