"Everytime the room was turned down items were not replaced...... We asked four times for more toilet roll, ended up going to the desk to ask. We had bottles of water confiscated coming back as not allowed to bring things in, it's summer in a desert city....... These were not returned upon checkout. ..."

"Staff were fine. Had food poising from the hotel restaurant. Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. ..."

"Kamer ruim en volgens verwachting. Niet echt in inspirerende wijk, maar voor een nacht prima. Wel op loopafstand van strand en koninklijk paleis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en transfer naar vliegveld snel geregeld."

"Good stay - it is a nice, spacious, one-floor apartment that worked well for us. The reception team was great, especially the women. They were incredibly helpful—one even helped me top up my phone!
