「The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. 「Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well.
