"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"My stay at the ROW Hotel coincided with the Knicks win and the World Cup soccer being in town Check in was a long process as they had a large group checking out the day I was arriving (40 min) but the staff was really helpful and handed out water and mocktails The hotel is located two minutes walk to Times Square and public transportation The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful Rooms are pretty basic, but very clean Only thing I had a problem with is that it was very dark by the elevators at night I would definitely consider booking it, the next time I go to New York."

"Interesting and very positive experience in the Pod hotel! Traveled with my spouse and daughter and it was likeled by each of us. Bunkbed is wide for an adult and a child. Shared bathrooms were perfectly fine and many available on each floor. Two TVs per room. Ice cold AC. Feel a bit like in cruise ship - good memories. Morning coffee at the lobby cafe area. The roof top at 15 th floor is the most amazing experience! Will stay again."

"Very friendly hotel staff and restaurant waitresses. I had a wonderful time and experience. I was given breakfast vouchers and a drink voucher which was unexpected:) My only issue was with a female bar tender who wore glasses. She did not have people skills or knowledge about the drink voucher. She provided me with the incorrect information. However, my waitress Amanda made my dining experience a pleasant one!!"
