“It is a classy old fashioned hotel with a nice open air lobby area and plenty of plants to match the natural beauty of Icod. It has real character and is worth visiting”

“Buen y comodo hotel”

“Staff are very friendly check-in process was simple room was clean and exactly as described air conditioning worked perfectly. View was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed having a mimosa every morning. Love the rooftop Jacuzzi’s - having cocktails and watching the sunset. It was beautiful. I let them know. It was my 50th birthday and they even left me a lovely bottle of wine in my room on the special day to celebrate complementary. Special treat 100% recommend.”

“Whenever I visit Tenerife, I stay in either the AC or the NH across the street. The locations is fantastic with immediate access to cabs and transportation, and withing walking distance of plenty of amenities. You get exactly what you need: a quiet, clean, comfy, and secure location to spend your time in Santa Cruz.”

“Great room and view!”

“The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The staff, especially Julia, were super helpful; she gave us some spot-on recommendations for things to do nearby. They even booked my taxi to the airport and made sure it actually showed up. The room was really spacious and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. I didn't have breakfast, though.”
