「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The air conditioner in our room was making a high-pitched noise, and was not cooling properly. They promptly moved us to a new room, and everything was ok.」

「There was pubic hair in shower I had to clean it b4 using. The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. There was a large family gathering and they were in Libby All hours and noisy Was not a normal relaxing visit to a crown property and the shower not being cleaned was disappointing」

「We booked here (2 nights) and was told we would be able to use the rooftop bar to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We even called before booking to ensure the bar would be open and accessible and were told yes. 4th rolls around and we start seeing signage stating the rooftop bar was booked by a private party and no guests were welcome up there. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known this! The hotel staff were nice but the rooms were nasty! There were toenail clippings on the carpet,...

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「The staff was friendly but not interested in being there for the customer, on their phone or talking to other staff. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there one near by. Staff could not recommend restaurants, did not know the area very well. Property is run down but room was clean and lots of parking.」
