「The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the floors and bathroom were not adequately cleaned. We requested the property be cleaned more thoroughly, and our request was accommodated. We were also told we would get a 10 percent discount for our troubles, but we have yet to see that discount.」

「We were in town for Miss Mississippi and stayed at this lovely upstairs apartment!
