“The view was amazing. The check in process left a lot to be desired. The person listed on the initial email was not correct. We were given 4 other numbers. The code to the door didn't work once we actually got to the room. The place needs some maintenance/refresh (paint, care).”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was ideal—just about a mile walk to downtown Brickell, which made it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The hosts were incredibly kind and courteous, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the Brickell/Miami area!”

Property is showing some minor wear and tear which needs attention from the owner. Owner requires purchase of damage insurance. Overall, nice rental property in a convenient location.”

“The apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed! It’s in an amazing area and we really enjoyed the stay.We had issues with communicating with the host and building. The host did not provide instructions for entering the property on time and we had to follow up twice to get instructions. Parking instructions were also not provided until the second day of our stay despite us asking when we arrived, so we had to figure it out with the building who then told us we were in the wrong spot when……

“Good location. Relatively clean. Unfortunately no toilet paper was provided and we had to wait 18 hours for some to arrive. Very poor communication with host after an issue arose and were instructed to repair ourselves. Would not recommend. Also no proper curtains meaning the flood lights outside the windows lit up both bedrooms very bright at night time. ”
