“I have always given great reviews for travel stays if well deserved, but in this case I have to say….
In retrospect it was a very beautiful hotel but a disappointing experience because the staff did not address my concerns in a timely manner & questioned the facts about my complaint. I was getting bitten by bugs in the room we stayed in over the course of the three days of stay & they determined that they were not to be considered at fault. ”
