They were very helpful in helping us retrieve it. After the first night in a very cold room, they were very accommodating in moving us to a better room. The buffet was excellent but it wasn’t clear to us until after that it was not free. "

"La habitación tiene todo lo necesario y es muy bonita, enfrente del safari. Todo muy limpio y con todos los servicios. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia y la atención."

"This place is wonderful! It’s very clean, super comfortable bed, very nice sheets and comforter, great shower and TV! It’s a little bit from Centro (15 min walk), but it’s quiet and very safe. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the town."

"Muy mal servicio, realice mi reserva y llegado el día de mi viaje antes de dirigirme a la propiedad contacte al dueño para informar de mi llegada, acto seguido cancelo mi reserva argumentando ya tener ocupado el lugar.Recomiendo que los pagos sean efectuados en moneda nacional es otra de las cosas que no me gusto, pues el cobro lo aplican en dólar."
