「Het ontbijt is heel goed. Kwaliteit. Speciale wensen (mayonaise voor het ei, plastic zakjes voor lunchpakket) worden soepel gehonoreerd. Wat je niet op eet mag je dus meenemen. Dat mag lang niet overal. De gastheer zorgt ervoor dat je je snel thuis voelt. Overdadig badlinnen.」

「Locatie is een plaatje, vlakbij de IJssel. Aankleding hotel is basis, maar dat heeft een prettig ruimtelijk effect. Personeel behulpzaam. En Zutphen is prachtig.」

「The property is very centrally located and very accessible thanks to the elevator. Staff was friendly yet not overly forthcoming. We loved our room with the balcony and the walk-in shower, all nice and spacious. Will definitely be back!」

「The property is beautiful and although the building is old, the rooms were updated with modern finishes. We used the amenities, including the pool. We rented e-bikes, and it was convenient, if a little expensive. Staff were very helpful, including providing advice on local bike routes. We had breakfast one morning in the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a very busy day, and some food was not available as it was quickly taken by the many other guests that morning. The bar/lounge in the lobby...

「​I ran across this hotel while randomly exploring throughout the Netherlands, and it was a wonderful find. The property is incredibly clean and comfortable. A huge highlight was the front desk service—I wish I had caught the name of the young woman working there, as she was unbelievably nice had worked there since she was 15 and gave the most helpful local recommendations for sightseeing. ​The restaurant on-site was excellent, and the morning buffet breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend...
