Magnificently presented hotel, probably the best we’ve stayed in. Staff were exceptional, room was small but beautifully laid out with everything we needed - bathroom utterly perfect with a heated floor! "

"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...
