A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything.”

“La réservation et les consignes sont claires et simples à appliquer, l'appartement est plutôt bien situé mais il faut quand mm le vélo pour aller au centre, il est dans un endroit calme mais le voisinage est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. il y a eu pas mal de bruit de meuble, de personne en soirée en plein milieu de la nuit mais heureusement ca n'a pas réveillé les enfants. “I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old……

“A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality”

“Wir hatten einen wundervollen 4 tägigen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Philippe. Das Haus und das dazugehörige Grundstück ist ein Traum. Anne begleitet einen zum Check-In sowie zum Check-Out, was ich als sehr angenehm fand. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten nur weiterempfehlen. “Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr befremdlich, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, die Fragen jeweils mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Begründung: weil amerikanische Touristen ansonsten nicht buchen würden. Wenn man nur mit 5……

“Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, welches etwas unfertig wirkt und für Selbstversorger ungeeignet ist, da es über keine Kochgelegenheit verfügt. Es liegt am äußeren Rand von Gent, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Ein Bäcker oder Supermarkt ist fußläufig schlecht zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist dank der vielen Fahrradstraßen gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen, der Weg beträgt ca. 6,5 km. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein hauseigener Parkplatz, der nur von Gästen und dem Eigentümer, welcher sehr……
