Cozy stay

The sauna and wellness area were great, although at busy times not well maintained, towels would run out etc. Room was comfy and spacious but definitely has some age and wear, lots of scratches on the floor, worn in areas. Bed was nice and the views were amazing.

An exceptional property in a fabulous location. Everything here is wonderful; the attention to detail, the staff who remember your coffee order, free locally grown and delicious apples, the comfort and design of the rooms, quality of food... it is truly a remarkable place. I loved every moment there. The hotel is well located and very close to Bolzano and some great castles, gardens, mountains and other spectacular places to visit. Indeed, the hotel offers access to free local transport including cable cars, although we had our own transport. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is wonderful!

Fantastic hotel, with the best service!

We styed for 6 night. Could have stayed a lot longer. Very nice hotel. Spacious room. The service was outstanding. The waiters had even translated some of the ingredients in the menu, so they could tell us, what is was made of. Never seen better service! The food was great. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely come back.

An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). The crown jewel is the rooftop deck and the panoramic views of the beau. Wish we had time to try the spa but sadly we had to move on to the next city.

Flot hotel og god beliggenhed

Rigtig fint ophold på 4 nætter. + God beliggenhed i forhold til vandre og cykelturer. Lækre værelser. Pool område og bar på taget. Spa brugte vi ikke. God morgenmad. - resturant havde ikke åbent de første 2 dage og ikke så hyggelig.

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans cet Hôtel, le personnel est discret et très serviable, les chambres sont bien équipées et d'une belle surface , ce qui en fait un lien idéal pour y séjourner une semaine. Tout les équipements de loisirs (piscine, spa,sauna...)sont fabuleux pour pouvoir se reposer dans les meilleurs conditions. Tout est parfait ! Merci !

Leider waren wir von Expedia sehr enttäuscht, da wir für unser Kind noch einen Aufpreis bezahlen mussten. Weil Expedia mit Vorsatz wohl gerne und öfters Kinder durch einen Algorithmus auf Kleinkind mit einem Jahr setzten. Das geschieht wohl mit Vorsatz. 조용히 쉬고싶을때 최고의 호텔.

구시가지에서 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치하며 주위로 과일 농장이 있는 조용한 시골에 있슴. 시설은 깨끗하고 레지던스 형식으로 되어 있어 음식 조리도 가능하고,투숙하기에 좋은 환경임. 단 장거리는 시내에서 사들고 가야함.

— Leider in die Jahre gekommen, die Wänden und Decken haben viele Risse. Auch der Aufzug macht keinen sicheren Eindruck bei der Nutzung. Der Fernseher zu klein. Der Pool am Deck mit bester Aussicht top und die Sauna war okay. Das Frühstück war über den Durchschnitt, besonders der Entsafter war top.

Die Immobilie liegt sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, allerdings ist die gastronomische Versorgung (ausgenommen das Frühstück) sehr schlecht, nämlich fast nicht vorhanden.
