“Rustic but very comfortable in a rustic area. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioners were cold, and the house was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were clean and well supplied. Checking in and entering the house was very easy. Check out was as easy as a text saying we were gone. The town is very rustic and real close to Terlingua Ghost town, and Lajitas. And very close to the Big Bend National Park West Entrance.”

“Mark and Michelle were such warm and friendly hosts who shared so much knowledge and information with us. We really enjoyed "porch sitting" and watching the wildlife, including deer, javelinas, foxes and various birds. Getting there was a dusty endeavor, but what do you expect in the desert? Great weekend stay!”

“Crystal's RV was a perfect place to stay to visit Big Bend National Park. The grocery store across the street is really well stocked and the RV had everything we needed. I recommend arriving before sundown because it was hard to find the RV in the dark.”

“The property is arranged like a an old time western town with a few fun twists. we only spent 2 nights here, but we would definitely stay here again. We used this property as a jumping off point for Big Bend National Park which is only about 20 minutes away. Loved the views off the back of our cabin which was schoolhouse #2. Disnt get a chance to explore the property much at all but are looking forward to it on our next visit. Great bed and plenty of room...shower is a little old but didnt……

“Bungalow B was very nice, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Enjoyed sitting outside on the porch early morning and in the evenings. “We are so glad we were able to stay here. The cantina - community kitchen- is a great concept. The room was very clean and the hike to Apache Cave Trail was a good "warm up" for Big Bend. Tivos restaurant and Chili Peppers were our go to places for great food and local information. ”

"The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this place. "
