“The showers and bathrooms were clean. Rooms were clean and beds were nice. Good hostel.”

“The light didn’t work in the bathroom. I let the employees know, but nothing was ever done. During the night and next morning I had to shower and use the toilet with my phone flashlight. Also there is no wifi in the rooms. The next morning at breakfast the location of the cafeteria was too far from the router, so there was no good reception and the common area, where the wifi works well, is closed in the morning. Overall this is one step up from camping. I would not recommend.”

“When I went to check in the gentleman at the desk, said I did not have a reservation. Not only did I have a reservation. I had prepaid for it months ago. I had the reservation number and the payment receipt, but he didn’t care. I had to contact Expedia, who then called the hotel. The guy at the desk didn’t speak English, so Expedia had to call him back with a Spanish speaker. It eventually got all sorted out, but it took half an hour of me waiting around for it to get settled”
