Our room was clean and the heat was on when we checked in. Bed was comfortable with fresh linens and lots of pillows, which is very nice for someone who sleeps with 2 pillows. Staff were friendly, didn't have much interaction with them though. Would stay here again.

Cet hôtel convenait à notre budget et était bien situé dans le centre de la ville . C’était propre, le lit confortable. Les points faibles: le déjeuner affreux et les tapis abîmés et très tachés. Un rafraîchissement ne serait pas un luxe.

Stayed one night with everywhere else being sold out abf regretted every minute. No amenities, not accessible at all. Even with the elevator, you still need to take a few stairs to the room. Poor condition, very old, not a safe area. Do not book.

The room was ok after 3 moves. Had to find a room with A/C that was tolerable noise. There was street construction right outside the window that started at 0700, not a great way to wake up Sunday morning. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the room was clean.

The day time front desk clerk was great, she handled multiple people when we checked in efficiently and quick. She also gave us an extra breakfast coupon for our son. I asked the night time front desk clerk for extra bedding for my son. He said "we dont have extra bedding", I said do you have a cot they could maybr use. He said let me look into it and I let you know in 45 minutes" and we never heard anything from him. Each time I came down he was in the office on his phone. Very low effort from the evening staff. We had to extend our stay because our ferry was cancelled, and we opted to changed hotels.

The free breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. Only problem I had is; wish they would have let me know about the construction in front of the Hotel. It was tough finding a parking spot. We drove around a few times to find out about the parking lot in the back.
