“We stayed here as a family and at first I wasn’t sure what to expect since it felt more like a homestay than a hotel — no reception or breakfast area like you’d normally see. But it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge, it being connecting rooms, giving us all the space we needed with separate bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. It was so convenient to be able to dry our clothes outside and still enjoy the view of the riverside. The real highlight……

“Like the hotel style quite local with stylish tiles. Free bike renting, 30% off spa kind of a good deal, balcony is my favourite u can just relax there. Breakfast buffet is nice a lot of choices with salad, staff Ms Nga would greet us in the morning to check on our needs, very caring! ”

“We had a lovely stay, family owned and run, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle and felt like a calming spot, where we could relax by the pool or in our room. The hosts are friendly and able to offer advice on activities. We were a family of four and shared a room together. The property has a rustic charm The property is located a short stroll or a quick Grab from down town Hoi An.”

“Yzistel Hoi An is close to the Old Town, yet once you step inside, the world slows down. Mornings are peaceful, with sunlight on the yellow walls and the sound of water in the pool. I loved sitting there with a cup of coffee, just breathing.”

“From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. ”

“網上預約接機到酒店安排清晰，十分暢順方便。酒店有景點預約及約車安排；辦理入住時有專人介紹酒店環境及旅遊咨訊，早餐豐富好食(服務員好禮貌，並兩次問食物質素，以便提升食物水平) ，餐廳在泳池旁音樂好好聽。房間清潔，床好舒服；健身室唔大；游泳池唔大，但好游夠深，泳客唔多，早晚更好情調。酒店離古城步行十多分鐘，有免費單車無限次使用，白天古城內人車較少，一定要試下踏單車漫遊，十分寫意。酒店有穿梭車來往古城及沙灘，可惜班次較疏，如每小時一班就更好，沙灘似私人範圍， 有多張椅，可在海灘邊叫小食喝啤酒游水曬太陽，休閒唔錯的選擇。總結酒店位置適中，各服務員十分有禮，有穿梭車往古城及海灘，單車漫遊古城更佳，悠閒之選，今次第二次入住，下次也會。”
