「Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. 」

It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. 「Eine sehr einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung mit einem Etagaenbett (also 2 Betten). Einie Dinge waren defekt, die sehr einfach zu reparieren wären: Stuhl, Duschschlauch, Vorhänge. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, aber es gibt ausser etwas Besteck und Geschirr nichts. Kein Lappen oder Tücher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Bettwäsche (Kann man mieten). Der Wasserkocher gehört in den Müll.」

「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone...
