A perfect stay, Villa Rackam is an exceptional property with a stunning view and very private, comfortable and well appointed. Please conserve water (3 water cutoffs during my week, from 6pm to 8am), water is increasingly precious everywhere.

Blissful views

This place was perfect! Claire met us in the inclined driveway to ensure we found the place. I would recommend renting a golf cart or e-bike. Getting up that incline alone was worth having it! Claire responded to any questions we had and we ate at every restaurant she recommended! The location of the house is walking distance from the ferry, majority of the shops and food but also just enough away from it all to give you the best view of Terre de haut. I did not even want to leave the comfort of the house some days but we sadly did to explore all the amazing beaches! Crawen being our favorite. Having the breeze while you relax by the pool watching the colors change from sunset was so beautiful. The beds pillows were comfy and air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and the outdoor showers leant to the island experience. Out of the three places we stayed at here and on Guadeloupe Id have to say this was our favorite. The clothes washing machine also worked great!

Un emplacement parfait, une vue idyllique, une maison jolie et confortable, un accueil chaleureux… Tout est pensé pour passer des vacances de rêves : du matelas épais aux belles moustiquaires, des jolies salles de bain en 1/2 plein air jusqu’aux jeux de société les jours de pluie, les jumelles à disposition pour plonger dans la baie ou les tapis de yoga…les détails comptent et ici c est un sans faute !

Séjour aux saintes

Séjour globalement très agréable. La maison dispose d'une très belle vue sur la baie des Saintes. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût. Quelques points négatifs : piscine trop froide, terrasse peu ensoleillée pendant la journée, beaucoup de moustiques et d'insectes (dont certains entrent dans la moustiquière), accès difficile avec des valises, et l'agence qui refuse de rendre le chèque de caution à la fin du voyage. Merci !

La villa Rackam est une très belle villa, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie des Saintes, en tout point conforme aux photos. Magnifique villa

Magnifique villa avec vue imprenable sur la baie et le village. Très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, cette villa nous a charmé. Lieu paradisiaque mais, malheureusement, difficile de bien dormir...

Cette maison est magnifique, les photos sont tout à fait conforme et la vue époustouflante. Le mobilier choisi est très chouette et confortable ainsi que les lits et les sdb. La journée le côté dedans/dehors de la maison fonctionne merveilleusement bien. Un vrai paradis sur une île paradisiaque MAIS Malheureusement tout se complique la nuit et il est difficile de passer des nuits vraiment reposantes dans cette maison. A commencer par les portes de chambres qui se ferment très difficilement à clés… Difficile de dormir sur ses 2 oreilles même si l'insécurité au Saintes est bien entendu quasi inexistante. Le plus gros problème réside avec le vent et les chambres uniquement équipées de portes coulissantes. La situation de la maison sur une colline et Les saintes étant une île connue pour son vent, la maison est ventée. Cela ne pose pas de problème en journée et est même agréable. Cependant, la nuit, le vent fait taper les portes coulissantes et s'engouffre dans les ouvertures ce qui produits de nombreux sifflements (on dort avec les fantômes dixit mes ados). Bref, je recommande mais à éviter si vous êtes peureux ou si vous avez le sommeil fragile.
