“Great room and great location. The view was nice too! It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. It was easy to check in and check out. The only thing I noticed was that one of the parking spaces had a bolt sticking out of one of the bumpers that could have damaged any car parking there. “I am a frequent guest at Best Western properties...but i'm starting to notice a decline in cleanliness and upgrades in amenities.
The rooms are in need newer flooring, curtains, wall coverings, etc...
I'm sadly thinking I may consider changing my Hotel choices in the near future. I've been a loyal customer for years...but sadly, i'm disappointed in the stays. Hope you can consider keeping your loyal guests rather than join the Motel 6 clientele.”
