"Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und haben von diesem Standort aus viele Radtouren zu verschiedenen Schlössern unternommen. Wir waren mit Rennrädern dort und die Straßen und Radwege waren dafür insgesamt sehr gut befahrbar. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"This was an excellent property for a party of 12 adults ranging from 25-86 and two dogs. Exceptionally well appointed, the outside eating and cooking areas especially. Great fun making pizzas and memories!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The Hosts were extremely courtesy and welcoming! They gave us a nice tour of the place when we arrived. Our younger kids enjoyed the trampoline that was available as well. The only thing we didn't realize was that the linens were an extra charge as the listing said they were provided. Other than the communication was excellent! We would happily stay there again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to make memories at your Gite!"

"It was a privilege to stay at the clos. The property is a beautifully managed winery and the hosts are very warm and welcoming. They live on the estate and graciously share their knowlege. Our only suggestions would be some fans or dehumidifier for use when it is very hot. While the home stays cool if the doors are closed, it also gets damp since it is stone. Many thanks to Claude and Francine for their hospitality. "

"Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay."

"Lovely cottage for a family holiday. Enough double rooms for four couples and good facilities. The location is quiet but there are villages nearby to get essentials from."

"Unique opportunity to stay in a Troglodyte. View is worth the climb. Easily found parking. Great location - used as base to tour the Loire valley. Would stay again if we return to the area."
