“Our winter stay at Pecos Retreat was amazing. We came out to spend some much needed family time with our daughter who is stationed in NM.The cabin is beautiful, well decorated and equipped with everything you would need. I prepared two holiday meals and it had all the equipment and utensils I needed. Timmi and Elmo even provided enough wood for the woodstove for the whole week. The hot tub is amazing for morning coffee and evening star gazing. It was clean and in good working order. The grill……

“This cabin has everything you need for a super comfortable stay, extremely well stocked kitchen, gorgeous décor and supper comfy sleeping accommodations. And the location is stunning. Highly HIGHLY recommend. Might not be great for super young kids though.”

“The location is very secluded for a peaceful getaway. The scenery from the balcony is great. Overall, the accommodations are very good. The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed. The loft is a pleasant location to read or watch TV. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom.”

“Fantastic!! 5 Star! Fully loaded 1500sq Ft house in the woods! 30 minutes from Santa Fe. My family loved the place. Martha the ownwer was super nice and very reachable. When we had a risk of a winter storm approaching the moring we left she contacted us and offered help from her family who lived nearby. Most definitely I'd stay here again!!”

“Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.”
