「First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. Probably the most basic stay I've ever had but not bad at all, you get what you pay for. Dealing with Marta was a delight, great...

「Beautiful cottage in a very scenic peaceful town. The property has all the amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. We loved the town of Painswick. It’s very friendly and scenic here. They have a tesco close by to cover your grocery needs. Sean was very generous in stocking up the fridge with breakfast items and pastries! We would love to revisit this property and town again 」

「Lovely functioning mildly old school cabin in the middle of the country side. Very comfortable bed. We found everything we needed. Our dogs were content. Very quiet. 「The house itself is nice but when we arrived there was a lot of rubbish around the house. The kitchen lacked glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. We bought glasses ourselves and the rest was brought after two days. The WiFi was not working and consequently the TV didn't go either. A new WiFi was dropped at the house after five (!) days which we installed ourselves but the TV still didn't work. At one day somebody stood in front of the house and wanted to show it to somebody who was interested to buy...

「Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. 「Rob actually offered an upgrade to the property next door as last minute essential maintenance was being undertaken in the listed property. The experience was sublime. "Hotel is quite new in comparison with other International brand hotels in that area. Comfortable bed, room nice and clean. Within walking distance to CBD and tourist area. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 1:30am and we learned the next day that it’s a fire drill. That’s totally ridiculous to me. I’ve travelled around the world in the past 50 yrs and never came across any hotel like this. The fire alarm woke all hotel guests without prior notice nor explanation on site. Guests including myself needed to run around to check out what’s happening. Hope they never ever do this again. We’re extremely tired after a whole day’s travelling and desperately needed a good night’s sleep. "
