“We really enjoyed the accommodation in Merida for its facilities and also spacious room, and of course the swimming pool. From the casa you can easily travel to the center of Merida and enjoy the activities there. The architecture is great and everything was arranged very good.”

“It was extremely clean , plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the showers,which is hard to find in Mexico. The hosts were wonderful! So accommodating. I am looking forward to returning next year . One of the most relaxing vacations ♥️”

Gave us many ideas, went to a couple of the restaurants they suggested and the food was great! “Our stay in Merida had the bonus of a Beautiful, luxurious home. We felt very relaxed and at home. We felt like we were visiting some of our best friends while staying at your house. From the comfort of the entrance room, stepping on forward into the sitting area around the patio and then the pool ending in the entrance to the kitchen of the house felt very comforting and welcoming. Once we entered the kitchen, the decorations and organization of everything within the living area was beautifully……

“Only a few blocks walk to great restaurants and shopping, this house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed but I’d not want to have too many people in the kitchen at one time. Pool stayed cool and refreshing even in high temps (40 C) and lots of comfortable seating was provided. Very quiet at night and the AC worked flawlessly. Would definitely return.”

“Estuvimos nueve días mi esposa y yo, el lugar es muy agradable y confortable, con unas vistas increíbles desde la terraza ya que la propiedad esta frente al mar. Muy buena comunicación en todo momento con el propietario. Solo consideramos que hace falta limpieza más seguido en las áreas comunes y la alberca, al igual que tener cuidado en la limpieza de los blancos de las habitaciones ya que las almohadas no tenían un aroma agradable.”

“The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!”

“This our second time staying at La Ermita house. Always a pleasure because we enjoye our visit. The house is comfortable and beautiful. Jesus and Derrick are great. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to an emergency, but I sicerelt recommended it”

“We had a very enjoyable time staying at Lemeau’s stunning colonial house in central Merida. Lush palms, beautiful tiles, Warm and cozy couches, chairs, beds, morning coffee on a roof-top terrace, spending time chillin and enjoying bebidas in a spacious pool area, great location, close to the restaurants of Calle 47, Parque Santa Lucia, a great artisanal bakery called Soco Merida etc. The best thing about staying at Lemeau’s place is Lemeau herself. She is an excellent host and was very attentive……

“Great location, great rate, good amenities, exceptional communication. Clean, spacious, comfortable, a real joy to stay here. Any issues that arose (multiple electrical outages - just the Yucatán power grid) they were helpful and informative. Would stay here again!”

“The house is not fancy but it is a good value and the neighborhood is very cool. Grab some baguettes at the panaderia by the Ermita de Santa Isabel just a couple of blocks away and get food and drinks at the Autogiro Ermita Cantina a couple of blocks past that. You won't regret it!”
