2 nights stay was so good, excellent comfortability and very good location . Breakfast is good. The staff is outstanding. *Especially Receptionists AYOUB and ELIAS. They were so helpful and their voices were calm and comforting, guided through everything. * If I come to tetouan will absolutely repeat.

The hotel is in the center of town with short walks to the Medina and bus station. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful. The nightly rate was about a third of the rate of a comparable hotel in the EU. Excellent!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The room is small but it’s very clean and comfortable beds. The room design is also well thought out. I would definitely stay here again. The only improvement would be the breakfast, more options of food, it’s just a basic continental breakfast.

Recommended.

Very close to all the places you would want to visit, walking distance to most. Area is safe and local friendly and helpful. Hotel staff very helpful, great breakfast. A little noisy at night both in and out but not a deal breaker. Bathroom could use a little bleach to kill the mildew in the shower bit again, not a deal breaker.

Great hotel for great value

The hotel is new and just opened his doors. The building is gorgeous, art deco one and really well located. It is really at the heart of the city, you do everything by foot. The rooms are nice, not that big but really nicely decorated and the beds and pillows very conformable. Thank you very much for everything you made our stay very enjoyable. Great breakfast as well.

Extremely nice service, I’ve never been to a place where they take such good care of you. Parking is a little bit of a problem but going around the corner to the Parking Garage is the best option. They have a laundry service, which you drop off and pay for at the front desk but they will organize and pack your clothes in individual bags.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in room 202, which was horrible. The cleaning staff closet is next to the room entrance. A lot of noise in the early morning. The WiFi had a weak signal in the room, which was the only WiFi we found in the building. The shower has a lot of water leaking/dripping from the ceiling. Other than that room, your experience may be a lot better.

I had an amazing experience at the boutique hotel in Tetuán. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel but they are short staffed. Check in states at 3pm but most people including myself got check in from 4pm onwards. They need more staff to help with the cleaning during busy periods to help with check in. Good location otherwise and new ish hotel. Some cleaning issues but seems like most of Morocco is like this
