on entering the community, the swimming pool is on the left hand side and the flats and penthouses on the right hand side so the pool area is very quiet especially as there is very little use by other neighbours. The private parking space is next to the penthouse door.
On entering the penthouse we access to a corridor that distributes on the right hand side the 2 bathrooms, the two bedrooms in front and on the left the large living room with integrated kitchen, fireplace and large folding windows with splendid sea views.
