Finca Pere - panoramic hillside holiday house in Benissa

Finca Pere is a peaceful and typical Spanish country house nestled by the hillside of Benissa. Located between the traditional rural towns of Benissa, and Teulada and the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. Only 15 Min. drive from the center of Moraira, a beautiful and calm coast town where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored. The Finca enjoys its location among almond trees and vineyards providing charming views of the Mediterranean hillside.

The Finca offers parking for 4 cars, from which we flow towards a spacious terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, sun beds, an outdoor dining area with BBQ and a ping-pong table. Finca Pere is a two-storey holiday home connected with internal stairs. An open-air veranda leads to the dining/living room with Sat+TV+DVD and a fireplace with a traditional Mediterranean-styled decoration.

We follow through from a fully equipped fitted kitchen to a double bedroom with a shower bathroom. Stairs lead up to the upper level where 3 twin bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower can be found. All 4 bedrooms are with A/C units. This lovely spot will make it hard for you to leave this lovely place.
