Their doors don't work. At least the room I had locked my out multiple times. They had to open it with a crawbar one time. Missing chair in room, telephone, and a bathroom vent that sounded like a chainsaw. This is a $50 a night hotel, not $175

Front desk staff Kelly is rude and disrespectful. She doesn't mind letting you stand there at the desk waiting to be acknowledged while she pretends to work. The key card to my room didn't work for the entire booking. Saturday we had to go to the desk 3 times when we couldn't get in our room, she finally got off her butt at my insistance after the third time I walked back and forth without being able to get into my room. Said maintenance would come and change the lock out, fast-forward to 1am when I returned back to the hotel and the key still didn't work resulting in me being locked out and away from all of my belongings. I'm disabled, on medication and a CPAP, not to mention, I had my dog with me. All of my medications and specialty items were inaccessible. They gave another room where I had to sleep in my clothes and wait another 10 hours before I could be let in by the maintenance guy who said he had "fixed" it the day before. While waiting and waiting in this other room, I went to the front desk to inquire about an ETA on the maintenance guy only to be told he was on his way, two hours later while still waiting, I called the front desk to follow up and was treated rudely, given more nonchalant excuses and then hung up on by KELLY. When all was said and done, I requested to speak to a manager and was told, they don't work on weekends??? And no one (not even corporate) would provide me a name or working hours for any manager.

Quick and easy

Decent enough locale. Would have been good for an extended stay. The elevator was very sketchy though, and the stairs felt like they were gonna eat me.

Needs updating, maintenance and deep cleaning.

I’m surprised that IHG doesn’t keep up on maintenance of the property. When you enter the sliding door doesn’t seem to open all the way. Behind the reservation desk you see the molding on the bottom of the wall taped up with duck tape. In the elevator, the peel and stick tile is covered with more duck tape. Carpets in hallway visibly stained and all doors visibly need to be cleaned and painted black markings all over. My deadbolt lock did not engage the strike plate and ice maker did not work. The door frame to bathroom stained with red/orange and needs cleaned. I won’t stay again. The employees not dressed professionally.
