「I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this hotel...from check in to check out the staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond expectations! My daughter left a very special item in the room after we checked out & they kept in contact with us until the item was found and returned! We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Texarkana! 」

「The room appeared clean, but smelled strongly of wet dog. Was quite noticeable. 」

「Overall the stay went well except that we wanted to relax in a nice outdoor sitting area. The area we were directed to was only accessible by walking through a the indoor pool room which had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Many of the outdoor tables were tipped upside down and the cushions were on the ground and in poor repair. The area was very small with a very high fence and a locked gate. Therefore we had to leave through the indoor pool room again.」

「The only issue was with the 4th floor elevator call button which was not working. Everything else was great. 」

「Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block.」
