"We absolutely loved our stay here. The whole place is beautiful and we had a great time relaxing and exploring. The team is really friendly and helpful, the tents are immaculate and the food is good. There is so much local history and lots of places to visit from the hotel itself. "ดิฉันกับสามีเลือกที่พักผ่าน expedia หลังจากที่ได้รับคอนเฟิร์มเรียบร้อยก็เลยมั่นใจว่าคืนนี้เรามีที่พักแน่นอน เลยไปทำธุระกับเพื่อนที่เป็นตำรวจในพื้นที่ก่อน แต่ตอนเย็นโทรไปยังที่พักบอกว่าจะเข้าที่พักประมาณ 2 ทุ่ม หลังจากทำธุระกับเพื่อนเสร็จ พวกเราจึงนั่งทานอาหารเย็นและคุยกันจนเพลิน จนทุ่มกว่าๆ พนักงานโทรเข้ามาว่าพี่ๆจะมาพักแน่ๆใช่มั๊ยจะได้รอค่ะ เราก็บอกไปแน่นอนค่ะ จนเวลาล่วงไป 2 ทุ่มกว่า ดิฉันกับสามีก็ยังขับรถไปไม่ถึงโรงแรม เราขับรถมาตาม GPS จนถึงโรงแรมเอาเกือบ 3 ทุ่ม...

"เส้นทางการเดินทางจากถนนใหญ่ถึงตัวรีสอร์ท เป็นเส้นทางที่ค่อนข้างน่ากลัว ควรจะมีการแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อน เพื่อเตรียมตัวให้ดี เช่นควรเข้าที่พักก่อนฟ้ามืด หรือแจ้งเลยว่าเส้นทางเป็นแบบไหน จะได้ไม่ตกใจเมื่อเจอหน้างาน"

"The location directly at the river is quiet and beautiful, however it is long drive away from the major sight seeing spots in the area. The resort and its cottages look nice and well maintained. Minor shortcomings: Limited choice of breakfast, no room cleaning, service staff is confused (no overview of reservations, food ordering will be rechecked 3 times before preparing) and doesn't speak English."

"Velký omyl! Obrovský komplex vyvolávající vzpomínku na ROH rekreace, nepříliš vstřícný personál. Ve zvýšené ceně za nocleh jsme dle informací od Hotels.com měli mít zahrnutu silvestrovskou večeři - na místě jsme byli nekompromisně odmítnuti (což nás ani moc nepřekvapilo). Na řece Kwai jsou mnohem pěknější místa..."
