"The hotel is very nice and clean. My husband and I really liked how close the street market was. We loved how the area lit up during the night time. "I'm Chinatown" is a shopping mall that is attached to this facility and it includes a variety of stores and restaurants, including a 7 eleven that is open 24/7. There is also a machine located on the 1st floor to exchange money. You can explore a lot of places from this location. However, my husband did not appreciate how the older staff at the reception desk interacted with him. He said it was kind of stand of-ish and it made him a little uncomfortable. Overall, this was a great place to stay, the staff were nice and helpful for the most part. Happy hour made us happy 😊 The breakfast has a good selection of food. It is worth it!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, the lady at the front desk was super helpful, gave me some great help with the area . My room was clean, spacious, great bathroom, views of the river. The bed super comfy. I enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening , again the staff were really lovely as I was a solo traveler. I had dinner at the Ale pub, the staff were great, unfortunately the food was not good at all and I left most of it. That said, breakfast the next morning was amazing. A wonderful spread, friendly atmosphere ~ I look forward to returning."
