"We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them. They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. "Rummet var alldeles nymålat efter covidpandemim så jag var första gästen efter öppnandet. Dock saknades fönster i rummet men o övrigt ljudet och fräscht. Hotellet hade även restaurang och erbjöd både frukost, lunch och middag för ett tillägg. Priset på maten var dock minst lika dyrt som ute på restaurangerna i stranden vilket därför lockade mer. "I will start with a good thing that the location is great, opposite to a Mall which also has Lotus in it. It’s also very close to beach like few minutes walk. However, the room is old and not upkeep. Peeling paint and so on. The room itself was very clean, however, we found roach outside our room. There are self parking behind hotel. We got city view so it’s right on the street and the noise is pretty load in the evening and early morning. There was also some maintenance going on which cause noises as well."

"I have stayed here 3 times, first two times the stay was amazing. Not so much this time, still a nice hotel but a little warn and rooms could use some updates. Check in the past was always a breeze and friendly. This last time not so much, not sure of the name of the unfriendly man a check in. But had an attitude and seem to be that way everyday and to other guest. Other than rude staff, place is still great. Near the beach, quite with many food options in walking distance. I would stay again"

Dusit Thani Hua Hin

"I originally booked 3 nights...and extended to 6! This property is beyond fabulous. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, big balconies, friendly staff, incredibly huge pool, private beach, multiple restaurants, spa, fitness facility....it was just perfect. The one thing I will say is that it is NOT located in the tourist area of Hua Hin. Cha Am is about a 12-15min car ride to the busy streets, malls, etc. Cost about 140 baht on Grab (just under 5 dollars) If you're looking for the busy tourist zone this hotel is not walking distance. What you get at the Dusit is a super chill vibe, less tourists, less kids...(unless you book a weekend) and a wonderful place to unplug from the world. I had no problem getting a car into Hua Hin for shopping and some bar hopping but was very happy to return to the Dusit each night. The Dusit Spa is a bit pricey for Thailand so I did book massages on the Main Street of Hua Hin for local pricing (250-500 baht per hour) Note-if you go into the BluPort mall for a massage you will pay hotel prices also. Overall a superb experience and I will stay at this property again."
