“Jennifer is a wonderful host! Breakfast on the back porch was delicious and a great start to the day. Rooms are comfortable and the back of the house where we were was, is quiet. Highly recommend. ”

“I believe Sandi at the desk gave me the best greeting and welcome I have ever received from a hotel. She wasn't 'corporate' but very personable. She didn't just tell us about the breakfast, the pool, etc...she took us in a small tour to show us. The room where we had breakfast was very homey with a roaring fire in the fireplace. ”

“Thé room was beautiful and spotless. There was a nice welcome packet with restaurant recommendations and other information. The room had a refrigerator, that was stocked with cold Spring water & 1/2 & 1/2. There was also a microwave. The bedding was luxurious & high quality, with pillows that had 3 firmness levels. The breakfast was beautifully presented & delicious in a cozy room with a fireplace. We will definitely be staying here again. Some may see the price per night & think it is pricey,……

“Nice and clean, friendly receptionist. Pool is great, amusement arcade good for kids. Reasonable rates and location on the main road through West Yarmouth. Nicely lit up for Christmas. Back area looks on to lagoon and has a fire pit and sand”

“The room was very clean and large. It was perfect for two people. The unit we stayed in was about .25 miles from clubhouse. So since it was cold, we didn't use the indoor pool. Staff was friendly. They have a game room where you can play table tennis and air hockey among other games. For the money, it was well worth staying there.”

“The entire place was spotless and rooom beet pleasant. Staff was super friendly and the Landshark Bar was excellent. Highly recommend a stay here ! ”
