Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. There were crumbs on the floor, on the bed, and in the corners of the room, along the walls, which made it feel like it had not been properly cleaned between guests. We also found three dead cockroaches — two on the sink counter and another in the bathroom. The toilet and shower were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned prior to our stay.
We were also frustrated that a cleaning fee was charged, given the condition of the cabin when we arrived.
On a positive note, the host/manager was very responsive and quick to reply when we reached out with questions, such as asking for the Wi-Fi password, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our overall experience, and we hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.
