“Very bad”

“Clean room, nice furniture, bright lighting, good WiFi, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower separated from sink and toilet. Restaurant with tasty food. Quiet surroundings, safe area, 2 km from the main tourist boat hub for Ba Be lake. Reasonable room rate. However, it is far from the tourist area, so there's nothing to entertain at night time. Highly recommend to seek quietness and good food.”

“Stay for 7 days, the check in and check out was quick efficient...good reception customer service..the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the towels was clean, fluffy...Wifi was good...fridge was cold...daily room cleaning...the breakfast was good, cooked Vietnamese variety, hot pho soups, salads, coffee, juice..a decent 3-4 star hotel to stay at..great price$...it took care all of our needs to feel comfortable at this hotel.”

“Nothing but good things to say about this property! It’s very well managed and the staff can also speak English and foreign languages well. We travelled here in 2022 but in 2024 we wanted to try out a new hotel in the area to compare but there’s no competition for King Hotel! In my opinion, King Hotel is the best in Thai Nguyen! ”

“Check out hơi chậm, cần làm dịch vụ thống nhất hơn Không gian yên tĩnh.”

“Nicely renovated unit. Nice stay.”

“Luan and family were excellent hosts, really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time with them and would highly recommend this hotel, best in Ba Be”
