「Platsen och boendet var magiskt. Placerat på höjden och med en sluttande tomt som gick ner till stranden, kunde vi njuta av så väl vackra vyer och närhet till havet. Hotellägarna och personalen var fantastiska värdar och satte en personlig prägel på vistelsen. I den mysiga restaurangen nere vid vattnet, med trädkronorna som tak serverades vällagad mat. Hit återvänder vi gärna .」

「This was such an amazing stay and I wish I could've stayed for longer! Right near the sea, serene atmosphere and area, so beautiful. The staff, volunteers and guests were all amazing! Cute animals are there too :) Overall just so enjoyable, peaceful and beautiful, close to the pier I needed- very underrated area so it was nice and quiet. Recommend exploring the surrounding area for example coconut beach. I stayed in a dorm and it was nice Thank you!」

「Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. Would highly recommend. 」

「It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. 「Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.」

「Just as the comments below mentioned, hotel staff are really really helpful and sweet, especially Justin and the staff who work in Sea Breeze, the hotel restaurant. We stayed in the Element for 3 nights, seeking for some relaxation and the hotel didn't disappoint me! We went swimming in the pool and visited the gym room almost everyday! 「The host is awesome helpful and friendly to support on transportation to Ao Nang Beach, drive us to rent scooters and even communicate to agency while we miss the pick-up time accidentally.
