「The staff were great, really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay even better than expected. The views were amazing and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. 」

「最值得称道的地方就是亲近自然。座落在风景优美的茶山上，客房被茶田环绕，景观自然出众。 早餐虽然简单，典型的英式早餐，但是坐在殖民地风格的餐厅里，看着优美的风景，自然觉得一切都值得，而且值得多住几天，细细品味。 与餐厅的优雅装饰相反，房间呈帐篷样，有些简陋朴实。因为雨夜入住，平生第一次遭蚂蟥咬，受了一点惊吓。于是非常仔细地检查每一角落，消灭发现的每一个小虫，这或许就是入住生态旅馆的必然代价。 最有问题的是，离Nuwara Eliya极远。网上标注只有10多公里，那是空中直线距离。实际要开30多公里的山路，要花一个多小时。所以，如果不是要多住几天特别享受茶园风光，建议不要去住。」

「Feel cheated by both the Expedia as have done booking for 4 and taken half course which is break fast and one meal where as the voucher shows only for 2 adults. The worst part is property manager knew that the voucher had written 2 but they didn’t inform us that the meals are there for 2 only and when we checked out raised a bill for meals of $140 whereas I paid $80 already for the same . Wasted almost an hour and later have to pay $100 extra . Really sad part, it’s not about money but the...

The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I will mention is getting to this place is through a km of very narrow hilly road. Trust your driver and hopefully you do not have too big of a car.
